Upload at the library. You can't do live streams that way . . . well actually you can but it would have to be in your car if it was adult stuff IE set up everything you need to do a live stream in your car like a powerful laptop and good wifi card and then use the wifi at the library or coffee shop whatever and get to it. Probably it would not be a good working invironment so I suspect you would not enjoy doing that But yeah just record the longer video. Go to the library and upload it there. No one has to see what you are uploading. You could even just go to mc Donalds or any old coffee shop with free wifi.

there is a grocery store called Wegmans a few mins from where i live and that is the best place for me to go that is close (good connection)
