Toto is a 6'2" Scotty (Aberdeen Terrier) with a mixed black and white coat. Mostly black, the white is confined mostly to his inner ears, his underbelly, and his chin. The highlights in his black hair are purple and his eyes are violet. He wears a chain around his neck. He wears a white muscle shirt with a decal for a local rock band named Monarchs of Mo tucked into a Barclay Tartan kilt with brown leather belt, sporran, and black boots. He's rather hairy, but he keeps it neat.

He's a junkyard dog foremost, a tinker, inventor, and technophile second, all rolled into one. He both repairs junked things turning them into useful gadgets and builds brand new machines and techno-gadgets in his workshop. I mention this to give a feel for him.
