So... most birthdays are fairly tame for me. I don't drink, don't go places or do anything special. I just sit back at home and enjoy chatting with mates. Maybe get a few gifts here and there from those feeling generous.

This year was overwhelming and I think this haphazardly slapped together strip should help illustrate my point. My apologies for any awkwardness when reading through. This wasn't intended to be a strip.

I woke up to fifty messages wishing me well. The numbers and love didn't cease over the entire day. I was pretty blown away by just how many people dropped in to say a few words and have a little chat.

And then this set came to mind.


I just want to thank everyone who made that day fantastic for me. It means so much to know that people actually care despite how little we may talk. I appreciate having met every single one of you.

And I'd like to thank everyone for watching me not post things for ages. I promise I'll try and do more. <3
