I love the hair by the way. But as for the art itself...downright amazing. Looks almost as good as a picture someone used a program to soften the lines with. Outstanding shading, and the detail all the way down to the small 'flaws' of the skin makes it look so real and really shows the actual beauty and the fact you see it in yourself. Few people go to that much detail. Amazing!

Maybe a teeny tiny bit more noise on the skin mask and even a little bit on the eyes (with a broader gaussian blur)...
a touch of bringing down the highlights might add to the realism even more... it's hard to do on such a well-lit picture!
