Not much time after, Julius got a refund from the hotel since he wouldn't sleep there anymore, and went to Shift... No, Frontsek's house.
"That's a nice house. You're sure it doesn't bother you?"
"Are you kidding?" smiled Frontsek. "After all, it's for two nights."
"Yeah, I'll have to go back to New York. But it shouldn't be too hard to convince the shareholders to make another HQ here."
Frontsek's smile widened and he shared a kiss with Julius (he had slightly shrunk to reach the boar's size, so it'd be easier).
"When you'll come back with the good news, bring your son, I'd love to meet him. He's how old by the way?"
"Eight years old."
"Wow."
"What?"
"If you spent all that time in angsty mode, no wonder it was so hard to get you out of it."
"Well, you more or less were willing to ruin your life for me. I'd have to be an asshole to stay in angsty mode after that."
"Yet you ran."
"Hey, you try and take in so much revelations and stuff without panicking!"
They shared a laugh.
"So, what do you want to do tonight?" finally asked Frontsek.
"You perfectly know what," smiled Julius.
They closed in for another kiss, and there was nothing but bliss...

Gods they make such a cute couple. Brings a happy tear to my eye seeing them together and happy. Man if only we all could find such a true and deep love like that maybe the world would be a much brighter and better place. Great job with the series you two you both are amazing. Thank you for this welcome escape. If only we all could find our own Shift/Frontsec or Julius. ^_^
