Realistic hand sized spiders are scary. Cartoon drawn (like this though it is a bit scary for me) or Pokemon spiders like joltik or spinarak are fine

I like how the man-spider is making the "oh noes" gesture with it's uppermost limbs being placed on it's head. I guess something that looks that inhuman making humanoid gestures is always funny.
