This is Hex. She was my first pet once i move out of my parents house. I named her hex because that blond stripe up her nose reminded me a bit of Harry potter. It looks like she was hit by some kind of curse. hence her name. She was 14 years old or.. Is at the time of this posting. At the moment she had Hyperthyroidism. Essentially her metabolism is so high that her body is eating itself faster then she can eat. She dropped from 10 pounds to barely seven in the past two months. According to the vert her thyroid levels are 23+ the highest the machine goes. Normal levels are 1-4. She has no muscles any more is is nothing but skin and bone. She's so weak i have to pick her up and carry her upstairs, and downstairs. On Thursday She's going to be put to sleep.

At age 14 I've only known her for 5 years. She's a shelter rescue ad i hope that i gave her the best last few years of her life. I'll always love her. And i can't imagine her little mews not being a part of my home.
