Esteban Vasquez is a character coming soon in my furry crime tale, The Three Furries

Born in 1959 Mr. Vasquez was a career criminal throughout the 1980's. He was originally a soldier in the army until he was dishonorably discharged after being caught selling drugs on base. He worked with Romulus in the Dragon Mafia becoming good friends.

Esteban was quite the lady's man and had so many partners he lost count. That caught up with him in the mid-nineties when the state delivered him one of his biological daughters after the mother had died of a drug overdose. So now he raises his teenage daughter, Marcella and plans to move out west very soon once she graduates high school.

Just because he has a daughter (that lives with him) don't think Esteban has given up crime or illegal lifestyles, granted being in his mid-fifties has slowed him down a bit. Like many, Esteban did not take the end of the eighties very well and still tries to live as though it was still the time (consciously or maybe even unconsciously)
