All hail the mighty BACON from

Well since I been 'challenged' ta step up m'game... thought I'd share this nice lil' sweet meat treat with y'all... Done once again from leftovers from previous meals we've had here too BTW...
So... partly inspired by Vrghr Vrghr 's sweetmeat lollies he'd made awhile back, thought I'd make some sweetmeat treats m'self!
I call'em 'Steakon Lollies' cause they're bacon-wrapped steak skewers... :)
ingredients:
1 sirloin steak (a baggie frozen leftover)
6 strips of Wright's Honey Bourbon flavored bacon
6 wooden skewers
Nature's seasoning salt
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasonings
Lemon Pepper seasonings
honey
sweet & spicy BBQ sauce
parsley flakes
directions:
preheat oven ta 400 F.
on a bakin' sheet I placed a grillin' rack (as shown in 1st. pic)
on a large paper plate I shook out 2 dashes of the Nature's seasonings, Mrs. Dash G&H, and the lemon pepper seasonings
soak skewers in water fer a bit (keeps the meat from stickin' ta the skewers an moist)
slice steak inta 6 slices
roll steak onto seasonings
skewer one end of bacon to skewer then skewer steak length-wise then wrap bacon around steak then skewer the other end. place on tray as shown in 1st. pic.
place in oven and bake for 20 mins. while this is baking, take small sauce dish and squirt out some honey (bout 2 tablespoons and mix with about 4 tablespoons of the sweet & spicy BBQ sauce. Use basting brush to blend.
Remove skewers then turn and baste with sauce, let bake another 10mins. then remove, turn over skewers and baste other side with sauce then add light sprinkle of parsley (if desired) then return to oven for additional 10mins (total oven time 40mins.) then turn off stove an let it heat-cook till ready ta serve.
An there ya have it... a sweet meat treat sure ta please ... hope ya like it :)
