I like it a lot~ Very rebellious and somewhat punk rockish. Its very unique and in my opinion adds a lot or cuteness and personality to Ru~

I have serious doubts about glasses, I don't think they fit the character. They put too many details on Ru's face, and end messing up with the expressions.
For the other items, well, we have already seen Ru in many "fashions" (from his neck-thing to jacket to "bondage" XD to nothing at all), so I think adding something else to his wardrobe is not a problem.
Again I'd just go for "no details overload". Ru is already cute
