Ohai! I'm supposed to be in bed right now, but don't tell my mommy! :3

Okay, the real reason I'm here is because I have a cough and I can't sleep and I'd forgotten to upload this sucker to FurAffinity. A while back, actually. Sunshine 2015 was newer than this. But yeah, this is a tune I made for a very special person. That person happens to be  chaotic_iak <-- This fellow here. We have a fun little RP universe that tends to change on occasion, and our current one has to do with a crazy jungle that's alive and there's a castle and a device that can rewrite reality and it's also alive--it's complicated. The point is that it's fun though! So I made a song about some of the characters there.

Now, only three of those characters are present in the thumbnail. From left to right, that's Sky, Fen, and Vee. They aren't my characters! They belong to that special person's up there! :D I drew a character sheet with a bit more of 'em on there. That's... somewhere... Hey, I'm too lazy to fetch it. xD

Anyway, the song's got a unique structure to it. There's no chorus or verse logic to it; it has it's melody, sure, but it changes personality based on the character. There are six characters in this song, but one underlining theme to it, and you'll easily be able to pick out each separate personality as the song progresses.

Sky is the first part. He's the intro because those RPs we did together pretty much started with him. Like Sky, this section of the song is upbeat and fast, cheerful and high-spirited. The synth's are tricky as not to make them too sharp, but to give the progression of the melody a bit of "fluff", which makes sense with Sky, considering he can turn into plush. The main melody is the most prevalent in Sky's part because a lot of our RPs do tend to revolve around him and his coterie of buddies, and I'm happy to admit that!

Kutzu is the next. She's in some other artwork of mine somewhere else. I'm so professional! :D Her part is slower then Sky's, with some tweets and chirps in there as to show herself being like a Disney princess character so close to nature and all things beautiful and stuff. Kutzu's all magical and lovable and fluffy, but she's more of a hottie than a cutie, I'd think. So, beauty was the name of the game for her part. She also used to be a guy. Just throwin' that out there. xD

Fen is the third part! Fen's section is the bounciest out of all of them. I switch the rhythm up quite a bit here, but I try to keep the baseline consistent. Fen's naturally playful and childish, thus the instruments are simple, with a bit more porta on them to portray how... well... all-over-the-place she tends to get. Fen's a lover of cute things, so I tried to make her part sound cute. Somehow. Well, if anything, it's more "fun" than cute, but that makes it just as accurate!

M is the fourth. M had her own drawing elsewhere in my gallery. She's a skywisp with a pretty gnarly passion for adventure. Lately, she's aged quite a bit in the RP due to a whole complication with her body being able to shapeshift. M's an adult skywisp, but skywisps tend to live for a good number of centuries. She'd transformed into something else, turned back, and the "rules" for that species she changed into followed her into her skywisp form. So she's an older wisp now, but she has no problem with it. So! That makes her section the most unique. It transforms the song into a throwback to Cloudsplitter.

Vee is next in line. Vee's an Eevee. He's also a scientist. He can also change into like every Eeveelution including a Flying-type one that he himself invented because he's awesome. I didn't quite catch his personality all too well it the drawing. I think. Vee's pretty intrinsic; he doesn't care too much about others outside of his circle of friends, but he's still a lovely little nerd. With him being a scientist, I gave his section more of a DnB breakdown feel with some arps in the background.

Mari is the last to have made it onto the musical roster. Mari's a girly Flareon boy who also appeared in one of my previous drawings. Now, Mari's a tricky character due to his sensitive background. More often than not, something comes up to really bother him emotionally. But thanks to his friends, namely Sky, he's managed to turn his thoughts around and face the world with a big smile on his face. So I saved him for last as a sort of catharsis. His part is like Kutzu's: concerned with beauty, as well as a touch of victory and happiness. And that, folks, is the note we end on!
