I did not say so in previous post (on version one of this bubbly babayh~),
so, I saved some for this!
(Do pardon, my double postage?)
I did however wish to say, that as for a “Deku-sona”, as you put it, per say, you do look quite fetchin', and, ah, cool? - Yeah; cool~Cute too!
Exquisite details on the clothing, accessories, etcetera, and overall, (be it version one or two), a generally superb piece of work.
I would've love to see this one in color, even if so may not be~ I, ah, just think, all such details, would *pop* most phenomenally, in its lush-aplenty shades.
You do not always post your works all-too-often, but whenever you do so, Bowserrr, it's a sight for sore eyes to behold in its spectacle, and really, it is always apparent, how *much* you put into them, in terms of work and dedication, and how finely craved and crafted so is, and have become.
I'd rather have it be less, but all be as good as this, then that of a oft-flood, of poorer quality. ;3

I certainly do enjoy designing characters, even if this is supposed to be myself essentially as a Deku Sceub. The different design aspects are fun to translate into a character, especially since it's quite different from designing a completely fictional character whereas this was trying to convert a real person into a familiar fictional species somewhat like I did with the illusionist magician Criss Angel and my 'Mindfreakachu' rendition of him five years ago: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4338838/.
Originally I did try color actually after the base sketch was finished, but it didn't turn out so well given I'm awful with shading in general and in traditional color no less. This was my first real attempt ever at shading in a Deku Scrub in traditional color and needless to say the results speak for themselves, haha: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1684629/ I did try and add some subtle color once the shading was finished but that didn't look right either so I kept it black and white. I do agree if done right though, color would have been a pretty cool thing to bring out the features more.
Thanks for the kind words, despite me not agreeing my work is worthy of such high praise. xD I never feel too comfortable with uploading a basic sketch, hence why it seems even the most random of my one-off ideas usually have to go all or nothing...at least by my standards. Once in awhile I'll put up a sketch I don't plan on taking too far, but I try to limit that.

You still do some really good work, Bowser,
and regardless of how you say, or feel, I always enjoy the look into your internal clockworks -
- hence, why talking like this, can be kinda fun!
I too, as an artist, likes to divulge as much as possible, about all the facets that goes into the or a making of a piece, (be it in art or writing), and I am therefore, likewise entertained, to meet someone who's just as willing to share those thoughts with me, as I am with others or you.
I, personally speaking, enjoy knowing, and knowing of, about, or behind artists and artistry -
hence, the more charitable folks and furs are, of themselves, the more pleased I am, in knowing. :)

It certainly does give insight into how a person's mind approaches the creative process, that I'd say. I've told other artist friends of mine I enjoy that because it allows for an open line of communication and as a way to stay in touch with one another...be it how busy our outside lives may be we don't always have the time to devote to hanging around like most others can from time to time.
Glad you enjoy that sort of thing too.
