Not for the statue itself I think, but it's located in front of a theatre in Old Arbat. Arbat is a nice, mostly tourist, street in the centre of Moscow :)
Also, I have seen with joy that the Kremlin is surrounded by fountains, so I'm planning to take a day off to go the red square and take pictures of all of them :DD
