This is a silver fox I made a while back. This was not done for a particular commission, I made it just to see how it'd come out and was pretty pleased with the result. The fur shaving came as a bit of a surprise, if you look closely you can see the guard hairs are lighter than the fur base, which is the dark grey you see. The photos on the fabric site I got the fur from weren't very detailed, but I just assumed that I'd get grey fur, and when I shaved it, the fur would be lighter at the base, when the exact opposite ended up being true. I'm pretty sure I could have just about used this same fur to make a fairly legit Rocket Raccoon.

The buyer of this suit wore it to Further Confusion 2015, maybe you saw him?
