Though its worth noting, this is more of a 'dry' scramble (the eggs, as is) rather than a 'wet' scramble (with milk, water or etc. added)!
One of the easiest meals to prepare is also complicated for beginners. Scrambled eggs!
This is my lunch today!
5 Large Eggs
1/2 tsp. of Season All seasoning salt (Morton Brand)
1/4 tsp. of Freshly Ground Black Pepper (Not the powder stuff!)
1/4 tsp. of Parsley Flakes (mmm!)
Carefully crack the eggs into a bowl (Check for shells if you're a beginner) and then add the spices.
Add butter to your pan (or spray it, lube dat pan up real goooood! But not too much! Prefered unsalted butter/spray)
Set heat to MEDIUM (Some ovens may vary)
Scramble eggs in the bowl using a whisk until they look nice and evenly scrambled, should only take 30 seconds.
Pour bowl into the pan carefully (Don't spill it, that's quite wasteful if you do!)
Wait until the bottom of the eggs look somewhat cooked or firm, you can check the edges.
Now you can either go omelet style (I am awful at them) or scrambled style from here, we're going scrambled style.
Using a non-metal spatula (For non-stick pans, you can use metal on traditional ones) push the egg about and 'chop' along it as you do, giving the scrambled appearance.
Keep doing so until all of the egg pieces are cooked and fluffy, don't overcook them though!
Enjoy your lovely eggs! <3
With the spices I used, the texture and flavor makes it taste like Shrimp! OwO <3

Yus, there are many types of scrambled eggs. I like basics and simplism when it comes to my own <3 more of a pleasure food than a meal to me. If I had more ingredients I would've tried to make gravy for them, maybe sausage gravy to go over them, might try that next time. |3 *drools* Now I want sausage. XD
