One day, a wanted poster fall into the Kaka Village.
It was a wanted poster of infamous the Straw Hat Captain, Monkey D. Luffy.
The Kaka Elder sent Taokaka to retrieve the bounty on Luffy's head.
Taokaka is set off to her journey to Grand Line to beat up this a big-bad pirate, "Monkey D. Luffy" guy and collect a bunch of money.
Well all know how this gonna end. x'3

No kidding, They actually did a good job dubbing Pokemon early on, and Yu-Gi-Oh to a lesser degree. But I believe the 4Kids OP dub to be one of the biggest disgraces in anime dub history. Even the "punched up" DBZ in house dub from 1999 was not as over the top as this train wreck went.
Also that dub had some of the worst cuts/edits ever.
Some prime examples
- Really terrible rap opening (Even worse than Step Into The Grand Tour from DBGT dub)
- Horrible voices/accents (Sanji's bad Brooklyn accent.etc)
- Awful censorship (blood cover up/neon weapons/skin color change)
- Music replacement (The music they used was bland as all hell)
And worst of all: Entire story arcs/episodes cut out.
