During the Geth attack on the Citadel Sargent Verrvus of Csec saw a lost child drawing the attention of a few geth soldiers. In order to save the little girl Verrus would have to give away his position. The turian didn't see any need to help a human even if it was a child. But his heart got the better of him and Verrus saved the child just in time.
Ever since the rescue Verrus and orphan Little Lamb have become inseparable.
