Ah, a blue bandana...! Yes, yes, clearly this Flygon is one with good taste, a wonderful choice without a doubt!
Looking as blushingly cheery as usual, no complaining her, a happy Flygon is a great sight!

Only thing I'd suggest is the front part of the head spike thing (No idea what it's called) could be thicker, as it's closer than the back one.
Though with the speed you did this that is a minor mistake, one that I all to often make myself. All in all, nice work!

Oh...! I had completely not realized the coincidence I ended up making! X3 I originally made it a sorta sky blue to match a shiny flygon's head spike thing
as a sorta reference to what I was originally gonna do, but it was a bit too bright for me so I made it darker. :3

And I see what you mean, kinda makes me wish I had the proportions the other way around between those head spikes, but like you said
it's just a little mistake is all~

No complaining here, not like we'd get confused, mines kinda small an likely wouldn't fit on him, an his is likely around blanket sized.

Flygon's head spike things always come out like that for me at first, it's just weird...!

I'm not as big a fan of Flygons, as you yourself are, but need I even say, that your art always inspire me *to be more*, and aspire more towards such sentiments?

Their features that I admire the most (as spoken-of-before e l s e w h e r e !), is surely with certain, their spectacular eyes;
They're so... perplexing - as if a lens of glass onto another, or as if encapsulated, and kept enclosed, within its shielding surface.
... I, just wish to look upon so, for such and so times, of tubular length, for surely, I feel so captivated, by their beauty~

... And, with such a kind smile of his, placed alike that so pleasantly, *dared I then*, even I deny my need, to brush a pinkish paw onto such a cupping cheek, so softly,
and as to stare, with such a lovin'-longing-look o' mine, into those heavenly hues of his?

Flygon's eyes are quite interesting, and quite appealing to me, because I'm a fan of goggles, and that's what Flygon's eyes appear to be based on~
