Asriel - Tried Out a new app while I had no internet
And I am surprised how much fun it is to animate with it :D
I can even animate in the app and color it on the pc then :D

FlipaClip. Can be found in the Play Store (Don't know about iPhones)
Can just recommend it to all who like to animate :D
Only - is that (may I just couldn't figure it out yet, but) you can't move a frame to the front or add frames in between.
If someone is using this and could tell me how I would greatly appreciate it :3
