For some reason, I always thought that the throwaway line was improvised. I now know the origin of that phrase, with a simple exercise of Google-Fu.

And let's not forget, there were plenty of Boomers playing video games back in the day.

Being a Senior Gen-Xer (turned 46 this past month) my folks understood Pong and those kinds of VGs, but were totes clueless after that. I haven't owned a VG console since my teen years, and I haven't actively played video games for about twenty-five years.
And yeah, aging does seem to freeze you in certain times.

My dad was saying the same things about home video games and remote controls...back in the 1980s.

Tell me something, if you would. Did you do any work on a short called "The man from A.U.N.T.I.E."?

Sorry, I have no recollection of any short by that name.

I saw it in college back in the 70's. It was about an alien insurance agent come to Earth to see what we knew about being insured. "A.U.N.T.I.E." stood for "Association of Underwriters Needed To Insure Earthlings". I thought the animation looked a lot like your main style.
