A pair of thickos
Ohhhh Sierra's parents. Partaking in their customary "I have no idea why Sierra has wings, hey do you know? No?? Yes I agree neither of us know." ceremony. Willfully dense, those two.
Since I have snuck them into multiple comics I figured I may as well out them as Sierra's parents Aleira and Alf! Both 'cubi. Neither figure out the other is until Sierra sprouts his headwings.

Yeah, I think we discussed it a while back. You made the excellent suggestion I give Sierra some Kansuri clan siblings to make it more obvious he's a bit of an aberration, clan-wise, which I totally should do, mwaha.
I have a set of notes on Sierra's whole story. They say WRT to Alf's clan:
Alas I wanted Alf to be clan Daryil but that would make Sierra seem incredibly dim every time he meets a Daryil member and swears he’s never heard of their clan. However, clan Kansuri [are] demonstrably stronger than Clan Hyth. WELL. Neither has a tri-wing so I’ma say... bad luck on Sierra’s part.
