Now this is just an adorable drawing! You really made such a cute (and I mean it in the literal sense XD) expression to go along with this and your style really enhances the expression. Plus nice work showing the small bulging where his belly presses into itself. Also nicely done showing his arms being slightly pudgy as well. The pose is also done well too. The way she is behind the belly helps convey the size of it.

I like this one better than the sphere models of inflation. Just circles are easier to start with, but showing more curves and a non-uniform inflation always grabs my attention more.
