Like, dayuuum, it's very emphasized in the comics/movie that he was too ugly to be loved by even his own parents. In the comics he was bullied so hard he got the nickname "Penguin" (same with scarecrow who is totally portrayed wrong in the Dark Knight movies) Hopefully one day we can get that Tim Burton forumla again :/
