The youngest to rise to the head of the Silencers, his regime has been both swift acting and effective. A most necessary evil to the dominions, his vigilant watch has put down their enemies and peered into the wicked hearts of betrayers, cultists and hooligans. His current ambitions have allied himself with Lady Ignis, an imp with great sway over her people. One hopes he is the servant of peace he's proclaimed himself.
