Thanks, that picture was taken during my trip to Mainz Germany. It was on a street by the roman theater ruins, not far from the train station and citadel. I do not know what the structure is, i assume it is a lookout or observation balcony of some sorts. it overlooks the tracks and downtown. area. All it did was rain those three weeks
