Yeah, some of you may notice that this isn't one of my original characters. Hehe. It's Quentyn the Questor from Tales of the Questor by Ralph Hayes Junior.
I couldn't have drawn this without the panel displayed on the screen in front of me, but still... I didn't trace it. =P
I happen to go to school on Hayes Road, and there's a teacher there who's name is Mr. Hayes. >_> Interesting. But no, I doubt that he's the same Hayes that made the logo for Burnt Fur and wrote this story. It would be SO COOL if he were, though. lol.
This panel in particular that I drew was when Quentyn finally got his sword, Wildcard, back from the Royals (a gang... a big, bad, dirty, no good nasty gang. XD) by knocking down their hideout, which is a condemned tower, and releasing an explosion of lux energy. The Royals didn't have any way to divert the energy and so it blew up all of their lux powered things. Quentyn, however, has a very powerful sword, and he put all of the excess lux into that. Time to kick ass. Groovy, huh? The motion lines on the sword are to show that it's flying into his hand, not that it turned into a light saber. x_x
Anyway, you'll have to read the comic yourself to find out what happens next. ;)

I find that hard to believe, seeing as lux is a made-up concept by RHJ.
Though my friend keeps telling me that a certain percentage of all imagined things, no matter how impossible, come real. I don't mean things like the airplane, which are a simple matter of physics, but things exactly like what you're talking about.
So I can't knock it.
So you can really see and use lux somewhat?
Are you a racconan otherkin? What you're describing sounds like it.

No, I truly can use lux. Even as it is a (possibly)made-up concept from the mind of R. H. Junior; I have always been able to do this, even though I discovered the comic no more than a week ago. I do not control lux, merely energy, and lux is simply a word that represents the force[that I control].
Also, through a complicated series of events, I am possibly the most learned person on lux THEORY, I am by no means the most powerful user of it.
Darn pollution- it's lowered the levels of lux on the planet to such a ridiculous number- that, and over-population, mean that I really can't do much but ken. I bet nearly everyone these days can do it, as it's spread genetically to some degree. Though my abilities have nearly trebled within the last few days, though I can't figure out whether that's because of the upcoming spring, the full moon, or my discovery of me- I finally know everything about myself, and my abilities.

And RH thinks we're being too uptight about saving the environment...
Well this is certainly an interesting turn of events, meeting one such as yourself. (Albeit online...)
Welcome to Furaffinity, if you've just recently joined. (Your poem appears to have been submitted earlier just this month)

I do feel, however, that I have seen those comics before, and then lost whatever link I had to those comics- or maybe I just decided to leave them for a while and then come back when there were more comics. So, basically, I knew about lux, and then somehow forgot about it.
P.S. I cannot be sure as to whether or not I am Racoonan otherkin, mainly because I cannot be sure if they ever existed, nor if they exist today, nor if they will exist tomorrow. In short, I cannot know.
