Endless Realms bestiary - Malivor
Bestiary artwork for Endless Realms, a D&D-like "pen and paper" fantasy RPG I'm working for.
I always enjoy making beasties. The development team wanted some more inherently aggressive creatures, so I made this guy, a tropical, hungry-looking fellow inspired by canines, felines and lizards, primarily. He looks rather unfriendly here, but I bet they could be domesticated if you fed them enough ;) The angriest, cuddliest squiggle.

Hehe, I would want to in real life >_> Every time I'm out at our friend's cabin in the woods and we come across resident animals, I think about how cool it would be to, like, train them to come back to me, and we could just like hang out at the cabin together :b Don't wanna -really- domesticate them, just the classic desire to "befriend animal" I'm sure every animal-lover has felt :b
*chuckles* I could definitely see them making good guard lizard-dogs :b Seem pretty energetic and predator and hungry XD Even if it's not truly taming them, and just setting them around something you wanted to protect from others :b

What an adorable critter :D I love the pose. Really cool and action like! Also love the colors. Beautiful, vibrant and a nice pattern. :)
That would be a cool concept for a plush now people talking about domesticating it. I think that would be the only way of doing so. :p
