I don't usually have them either... So yeah, you're right. It was a bit of a sweet slap to the face. That and I was really really tired from work, then when this happened I was suddenly wide awake. It was crazy. Hopefully it happens again sometime. XD ...and hopefully it can happen to you sometime as well.
I've noticed this... and I am also very hard to tap into... haven't had a moment like this in, well years. So when it happened it was like a sky parted. It was pretty neat. xD I know that stress can easily consume a person, I see it happen all the time which is really unfortunate. Aiden here is constantly hounded with many stressful things so I am hoping when she gets stressed she can think back to this and look at the art I made her to put a smile on her face, even if just for a moment.
And this is why it is such a blessing to have good people in your life
Because without those moments it's easy to forget the little things that meant so much and can continue too.
I feel for her, it's hard for me to smile most days and if I get a good feeling it feels so wrong because I'm so used to everythi being horrible.
But with a snap shot of emotion such as this there is no way it can be forgotten :)
