The topology flow needs work. Please make sure to fix some of those vertex by the ankles.

yeah I will be doing that I have lots to do before its done texturing, lighting, rig and animate it as well. I didn't make it with polygons so I have to rearrange at lot of the geometry but for me its easier then extruding from a poly primitive.
