This here is the logo to Blaze Water Sage's secret organisation he calls the Dimensional Heroes. Blaze travels from dimension to dimension in search of powerful heroic fighters to recruit for his continueous war against powerful villians like Frieza and Cell from the DBZ dimension.

Whoever Blaze recruits shall gain knowledge on what has happened within the team and what the organisation is striving for. They will also gain abilities Blaze calls Dimension Abilities which allow anyone to jump from dimension to dimension and also allow them to access the Dimensional Heroes HQ which is located in between locations which has a special barrier that only allows DH recruits to enter in and out at any time.
