A reference pic i did from the ep "Rinse And Spit", where Rocko flashbacks to first becoming friends with Filburt when they were kids and owing him for saving his life. This part here contradicts a few episodes where Rocko doesn't even appear to know him, it also clashes with how long he has lived in O-Town. This scene makes it look as if he's lived there since at least childhood. Going against the notion that he recently came to America as a twenty-something adult.

Then again, continuity is not one of the shows' strong points.
