Progress!

I constructed an endoskeleton out of foamcore and a few other bits using Fnafbot's template over on Tumblr. Then I attached the headplates to form the basis of Mangle.

It has some more work to be done first - the plates are loose and could be secured more, and one of the teeth is loose. And most obviously, the ears need to be connected, and she needs her first row of teeth.

I'm not sure if I'll actually connect the spine or not just yet. I might just leave it as sort of a "puppet head."

Also, her jaw works! It looks really cool, I'll take a video when I'm more finished.
