A very interesting character in deed and I really like how you took the markings of both and translated them and balanced them. The results are quite nice. I wish I could see some of the other wing and maybe some hint at the other leg or foot, kinda like how you've shown a little of both forepaws. That would give it even more depth and an even stronger presence on the page. I really enjoy the perspective and the colors for that sky are simply gorgeous.

The fact that only one hind foot is showing is bothering me too. When I was sketching this, I had both sketched in, then drew the wing, which covered one of them and I never thought to re-position it. I'm probably going to draw it in there since it should be a really easy fix.

This is really lovely- in a way the anatomy reminds me of a griffin; but instead of bird and cat, bird and canine. I like your use of markings and colors (as usual). You seem to have gone and make a seemingly akward combination into a natural one! Good job. :)
