My friend Jim says the face bears a striking resembalance to Elkie Sommers, or Barbra Eden. We watch wayyyy too many old 1960s era movies here.

This is absolutely beautiful! The blue, black and white color scheme is simple and elegant - very fitting. :)

I always liked the old-style book illos that were limited to 2 inks. Blue and Black were usually picked.
