...just wanted ta share the current progress m'doin' on Lunarwolf's head...
Now that I finally got all the seperate components made fer the head I've now begun ta sew all the pieces t'gether onta the framework.
I've got shown here now the muzzle sewn onta the framework skull an have now added the piece cut that'll be the lower eyelid, cheeks and bridge of the nose.
The upper and lower jaws are sewn inta the skull base with enough slack ta provide ample articulation.
the marks on the skull base are for the eyes and will be cut free halfway on their outter sides so that the eyes will be positioned more towards the sides than aimed frontwards.
...and yes this 'base' fur is darker than what the majority of Lunarwolf's body fur will be (which is navy blue, check the footpaw pics fer reference) once the entire 'base fur' is sewn inta place then the lighter, navy blue fur (which is also long-haired rather than this short-haired base fur) will be attached fer the highlights like brows, cheeks, forehead, neck an such...
So hope this gives ya an idea'a how it's all gonna turn out later... :)

Nono... ya don't understand... m'usin' that only as the framework ta go on while m'sewin' the head, hun... yes it will be discarded fer sturdier material absolutely... especially since m'gonna be construction this head ta house the LED eyes, battery packs an such... surely ya didn't think I was relyin' on that alone fer structural integrity, silly lil'battybuddy *noogies yer headfur* :)
hehe oh yeah as ya can see by the upper 2nd pic that material was fallin' apart even durin' my workin' on it doin' the sewin'! ain't no way that was gonna hold up ta what all I still gotta do with this... nope it's just the simple framework ta help me get the general shape/sewin' done first :)
Thank ya BigBad... hope this shows ya why I was so observant... an sorry once again if it seemed like I was crowdin' ya while yer workin'... s'cause yer m'furry idol when it comes ta makin' fursuit heads!... I wanna try ta get things lookin' right cause you do such exsquisite capturin' of what ya'd want a character ta look like an I'm still such a greenhorn newb when it comes ta this!... I wanna not only make somethin' that looks good but be able ta tell people that yeah it looks this good b'cause this is who I learned it from! *hugsya* {:)
thankies!... Yeah although m'no stranger ta fursuitin' by any stretch... hell was even doin' it b'fore I ever learned of a 'furry fandom' an it's beens ages since I've done a more updated Lunarwolf fursuit, I want this ta be an expression of some of the many things I've learned ta do since havin' jioned the fandom!... See ya CAN have yer dreams/vbisions come ta life an be that inner character ya've always wanted ta be :)
