reminds me of my first, transformers, then I went to gundam and Jetman, Voltron force, Getter Robot, Voltron, Transformers [other series] gotten me playing armored core and every other mech game I could find [still get turned on by armored core -.-] I wish I was a giant robot pilot. oh yeah mobile patrol was an other series I watched.

One thing I would like to know, if anyone else does that is, is the first series I ever saw was a show about this five different lion/tiger robots that would combine into one robot and their main weapon was a flaming sword, and what I want to know is what was it's name :3 I can't remember X3

Yeah I just recalled the name after about an hour but was someplace else :3 I remember that I bought a set of the robots and lost two of them while one of the others became somewhat imoble :3 I still had two that were still fun to play with though =3

This is awesome. I'm a Zinv fan from Dual. Zinv is pronounced Jeen Bu in the series. The greatest Giant Robot ever IMO. I mean it has Lighthawk Wings, a Nanofiber self healing system, a gravity gun built in to the right arm, it can bend the laws of pysics, and it final attack is a limit ranged Micro Black hole which sucks every thing in the area of attack in the the black hole, including Jeen Bu and atomise it. Jeen Bu the returns crosses tiime and space to reappear back in the place of attack seconds after the black hole vanishes.

Aw, you don't have to be alone on this, Ginger! I just played Dynasty Warriors Gundam and it was AWESOME!!! So awesome that I decided to look up Another Century's Episode, some awesome Japanese crossover of mecha anime. Personally, I'm already starting to like Gundam a lot, especially when I get to bitchslap Char Aznable with my sword when he's wearing that stupid hat...so yeah, I'm starting to really get into it. Wanna teach me something sometime?

Hey, in Super Robot Wars Alpha 3, Shinji actually becomes totally awesome and heroic. Gai Shishioh and Kouji are some of the people who comment on how much braver he becomes by the end of the Eva storyline(where he retakes control of EVA-01, stops Instrumentality, and then kicks the shit out of Gendo, who appears in a cloned EVA-01 as a boss). For the love of shit, the kid SAVES REI from her giant world tanging state! I'm not even kidding. Granted, when you have Gai, Kouji, Basara Nekki from Macross 7(LISTEN TO MY SONG!) and Banjo "I can't fucking believe he's only 18" Haran(Daitarn 3) around you, you really can't be a wussbag for long.
Also, for the people who hate Gundam SEED, Shinji remarks that Kira is as whiny as he used to be, which is pretty great.

Not really. Most of his meaningful spiritual counseling comes from Real Robot pilots who've been in his shoes before and now know better, most notably Amuro Ray (Gundam: Char's Counterattack), Kamille Bidan (Zeta Gundam), and Judau Ashta (Gundam ZZ), who've fought alongside him since 1st Alpha. He does mature into a fine robot pilot in his own right by the end of 3rd Alpha.
The very first giant robot I ever saw was Mazinger, but I saw the crappy English dub known as TranZor Zeeeeeeeeeee! *heroic music* Ahem. That and Getter Robo (Starvengers lol) were the FIRST TWO animes I EVER watched. The year was 1985. I was living in Germany, watching AFN. I was FIVE YEARS OLD. And I was hooked. Those shows were so awesome.

I don't like Shinji either but I still love Eva unit 01 its such savage animal, not really a robot ¬¬, I think that she would like a character from gundam 00 series named Hallelujah not Allelujah, its Halleluja, his Savage side. Or maybe Setsuna that looks a bit emo fisically but when fighting he shows he's warrior spirit very brave character and a anti-hero who killed his own parents without showing any emotion or compassion but he regrets and starts to fight as a Gundam to change the world through Force.
