Once, I decided to ahead on north at goodsprings... At the start of the game...
"Hey, some kind of fly, it will be easy"
*One shot*
"Okay..."
They are annoying creature, aiming to them with the sniper is just a pain, they move so fast...

...bane of my gaming existence...
But from that bane, I have learned the best way to kill them!
A laser weapon, high crit chance and the Meltdown perk (a damn good aim or boosts to VATS helps too).
When they're all in a group, take a well aimed shot at one while crouching. You manage to crit it, and kill it, it causes a nice chain reaction of explosions to take them all... or most of them... out with ease.
But from that bane, I have learned the best way to kill them!
