T'was a gift commissioned by my buddy Claz(Clazzeh) from the artist Altarior <3
Intended as a lighthearted 'sequel' to my earlier vent art and is playing on both the title (Betrayal - Claw accidentally shot Dilo since raptors can't use firearms very well it seems) and the fact they're both from a FPS game, so death/injuries are like, meaningless to them :B
Also dat flavor text? Totally happens in Halo for me at least once every three games :B
All focused on enemies, using the Sniper Rifle and being all awesome, then some dimwit walks in front of you as you're pulling the trigger. BETRAYAL!
Both dinos are fan-made characters from Dino D-Day. Cool game and all, very fun - but I'm not exactly enthusiastic about how the dinos are usually treated "behind the scenes" (Outside of gameplay and in the backstory/lore stuff)

I could think of plenty of situations that would give the Allies some dinos. Don't think it's gonna happen tho, but who knows!

Tryin' to write a story of my own tho, that had dinosaurs living alongside people tho, hreee is fun thinking of it! Mm, ooh that one game Paraworld had dinosaurs in warfare too. Much better tamed than the ones here (From what I've seen so far anyway), but is set in a more Ancient Era setting. STILL WAS FUN THO, ONE OF THE BIG DINOS EATS PEOPLE. Just fast forward a thousand years or three and you got Troodons and things going to school with folks, and and and RAPTORS IN THE ARMED FORCES 8D

I dunno which came "first"... They're both pretty darn old, and have similar concepts... Though I think Lost Eden is more fantasy oriented? Can't remember if Dinotopia even takes place on Earth or not, but it seems Lost Eden (IIRC) does not.
Rheee, I was thinking of some of meh dinos in some cold place. Only featherbutts are stationed there since everyone else would be too cold. Yutyrannus, Utahraptor, things? MUCH FLUFF. KEEPS WARM *nods*

Ah yeah, that's something the artist decided to do since she's had severe problems with rampant Art Theft and things she'd done in the past just didn't seem to slow it any (And we all know how DA loves to ignore this as a problem). So she started putting big hard to remove marks on them.
