Here's Monet from One Piece.
I have to say, from all the monster girls that could be, Harpies are among my least favorites (I don't know, birds aren't sexy if you ask me), but for some reason, Monet is one exception, so kudos, Mr. Oda, you did a superb job creating this badass sexy evil harpy :)
