This crossitch has taken FOREVER to do.. I worked on it for months and then got burnt out on sewing and I put it down for about a year. I took it back up late last year and just finished it last night.
Its hard to tell the size, but its HUGE, about 15 inches by 13 inches, that's the stitching not the whole canvas.
You can tell the size by the rings I used to sew in, that is a 8 inch diameter ring, so it is very big.
The design is a commission by Operation Fluff (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12209178/) that is put into a program to make a crosstich design from.
Unfortunately of course I still have to take a long time and futz with the design a lot in the program and some details and designs can be lost, but overall this design was pretty simple so it came over pretty well.
I already have a new design that I am ready to start. It isn't a furry design, its a design I found online. I tried to sew this one several years ago and I messed up bad after hours of work. But I have a lot more practice sewing behind me now, so I am hoping that I can do it right this time.
Its a much smaller design, only about 5 inches by 5 inches, but the holes in the fabric are much smaller so that makes it tougher as well.
If people are interested, I will post up pics as I am working on it.
