well she's a japanese urban legend character told by people from japan she's was once a beautiful wamon until her hubby accused her of cheating on him and slit her mouth thinking that well teach her lasson but ofcoures she killed herself seeing how cut smile made her look not beautiful from the depression that she's not pretty with her slit mouth but she becomes a vengeful spirit to hunt her hatful hubby but theres other version of her story that involves a boyfriend of cheating on her when showed her mouth she kills him for breaking her heart thats the movie version of her and I'm not going to tell the story cuz we already know the story and but i will tell this if she ask this am i beautiful and if u say yes she slits ur mouth to be like but if u say no she kills from where ur standing her scissors the only defeances from her is say she looks averaged or normal that well confuse her enough for u to run away and also the other defeances is throw candy at her to distracted her to pick it up as that gives u a chance to run away

^^; well the hardiest part is drawing how the hand holds scissors and also drawing scissors,and drawing her slit mouth

XD honstley jeff the killer should forget jane the killer and alice from amricen magee alice maddness and hook up with kuchisake-onna the slit mouth woman ;p and yes i like to pair jeff with her better cuz they do have similar but different sad/darma story to make them what they r on the count besides being both killers/slashers and twisted too from ceriant resons and fates and the slit mouths smiles they have
