I don't think there is a base. This one i believe was hand drawn by my friend Xuxu. xD She gifted it to me and it's in her art style. I've seen other gif icons of this, but in other peoples styles. I wish there was a base, i would have probably had this icon ages ago if i had ever found a base! Lol. xD
