I did this awhile ago when I was preparing for my laparoscopic gall bladder surgery. It involves inflating your abdomen with air, and the first thing I thought of was this species of sea birds that the male birds have giant inflatable red balloon throat sacks that they use to attract mates whilst jiggling and singing a little song. I really love these birds they are so ridiculous and awesome. It made me feel better during my ramp up to my first surgery to call it my frigate bird surgery. :)
