We don't deserve to live, we don't deserve to die.

Quick piece I did on SAI to try and learn what Im doing on there. I like it a lot more than Photoshop as far as the line art goes. I finally got my tablet running and some art programs on the new lappy thanks to some good friends, so this is a bit of a warm up before I get back into the swing of things.

Has a lot of the same functionality as photoshop. has built in 3d modeling mannequins for quick posses that are anatomically accurate. lots of comic oriented tools like work bubble, comic panel, halftone generators. The EX version has page management features. Has a really good interoperabilty with tablets and works like a dream with wacom one's especially. Has a lot of specialty brushes for everything from colouring, shading, painting and so forth. All the brushes can be edited afterwords. Has a decent community and learning resources. Has both rastor and vector modes. Their vector layers are really kickass for linework. For a more comprehensive list http://www.clipstudio.net/en/functions. Otherwise I've had plenty of fun learning it, when you've thought you've learned all the features, you've wound up finding another. All in all, I recommend it to people that like photoshop pre-CS6.
