An Elsis/Melsir child, born into Elsis. Winfrede is evil. Taught from an early age that empathy needn't birth sympathy, she reveled in her own emotional affiliations, and as she learned to feed off emotion, delighted in doing so. When Shawnee began killing her own clan members, Winfrede was quick to back her up, and it was often Winfrede who pointed Shawnee toward dissenters within the clan. By the time the colorful canine ascended, Winfrede was as untrusted by most of the clan as Shawnee herself, and so began seeking out a new destiny.

First, she got a job as a waitress.

Through this job, she was able to pick up on gossip and rumours, and followed the information to new victims whenever possible. Vulnerable teens were seduced, cuckolded husbands were tormented, and many, many people were murdered as the succubus gluttonously fed on their miseries. While she used her shapeshifting talents to don different guises for her crimes, the crimes slowly began spiraling around her as the diner she worked at was pinpointed as a common element in the majority of her victims. Feigning outrage at "working for such a wretched place" when she "learned" of the crimes "somebody" had committed, she quit and moved to another city, where she began doing the exact same thing all over again.
