Wow o.o The perspective on this is awesome.
I'm quite curiuos, did you use a special brush for the static-like texture as the glow fades toward the right?

Thank you! :) I've used a basic brush for that and for most of the drawing. I've used special brushes for the blue planktons, the stars, the dragons and the vegetation. :)
