Well, when cuts the cheese, its for soup, honestly :P

Haven't tempted yer tastebuds in awhile with any'a m'soup recipes so thought'cha might like ta give this hearty soup a look... ;)

ingredients:

1 large baked potato (leftover)
4 stalks of celery
4 stalks of green onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 large pawful of fiesta blend shredded cheese (from large bag)
2 tblspns butter
1 lrg. can of white & dark meat canned chicken
parsley
season to preferences with Nature's Blend and garlic & herb seasonings
(sided with Townhouse crackers an green onion) garnish

directions:

in medium saucepan dice up the onions and celery. add the butter and herbs & spices then cover and bring to a slow boil.

slice up baked potato into large chunks then add the can of cream of chicken soup.

when this starts ta boil next add in the can of chicken, cover and stir occasionally till all ingredients are only slightly softened then add the cheese blend, stir again and cover until cheese is well melted and blended into the soup.

garnish with yer preferences, crackers an such then serve... 'nother quick, easy dish ya can fix an hope ya enjoy :)
