Age is hard earned. Plus you can still dye later on and insist that the picture was in the summer and your hair bleaches easily.

If it's for your personal ID like on a driver's license, I'd say leave it be. Then again if the photo would be used for promotion like when you win the Ursa Majors, Dye it. Can you dye it just enough so it balances out your head hair?

It depends on how old you are and how old you want to look. It seems like you could pass for 50, but I have feeling you're younger. So most will understand your question here.
However, as someone who really really wants to look older, I'm extremely envious of your grey.
