Another concept for of the Calendar images for 
Amethysmus!
Sports logos are always so bold and dynamic, I wanted a chance to capture the character in a very iconic way.
As I am designing these, I love envisioning how they would look on Jackets, patches, hats, and scoreboards. Those easily identifiable images that consolidate a team and a spirit!
Amey, I had to vary the color markings only slightly in order to better the design. The underarms were swallowing up the claws if darker, and the red cape helped to define the figure from the clothing.
One little tidbit though- the character's name is "Twitch" but when creating the font-logo, the name itself didn't bring a nice balance to the image. It made it look a bit comic-bookie as opposed to sports logo... so I took your userame instead. It helped fill out the base- considering that Twitch's arms are extended, I needed a longer word. :)

Hey, thanks! Sorry it took me a bit to finally see it. Showed a couple friends who wondered why it said Amethysmus instead of Twitch, but then they read your note.
I was totally not expecting a sports logo and I think it came out amazing! The cloak is just clothing, so changing it is A-Okay by me. :)
