Trying to understand a deep interest that someone else develops is incredibly hard, as you can never see it on the same level as them. A hidden interest so unreasonable can arise from such a small life occurrence. My personal identity with it came to me in couple dreams, and my interests just developed that way.
It's different for everyone, for me it's something I couldn't explain for the longest time.
I account a loving for it being because awhile ago, a big belly on a guy was seen as a masculine thing, now note this was a looooong time ago.
But for me it's still like that, I see a big belly just as masculine as muscular guys, if not more so.

Trying to understand why a person has a fetish is like trying to smell the color 9. It's something that just can't be explained. A lot of people find different interest in it so it can't be accurately explained for all people who like a certain thingso it varies greatly from person to person.
